Returns, Refunds & Order Changes

Hey friend! I totally understand that sometimes we change our minds, or something unexpected happens. Here's everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if something goes wrong:

🌼 Can I cancel my order?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, I can cancel it and issue you a full refund.
Just contact me as soon as possible!

Once the order has been dropped off at the post office, it's no longer possible to cancel it — but you can return it after receiving it (see below!).

🍃 Returns & Refunds (14-day right of return)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no matter where you live.
Here's how it works:

  1. Contact me within 14 days after your order was delivered.

  2. I’ll confirm and share the return address.

  3. Please ship the item(s) back within 14 days after that.

  4. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.

  5. You cover the return shipping costs.

Once I receive your return in good condition, I’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.

🌸 Damaged, wrong, or missing items?

I'm really sorry if that happened.
Please email me with clear photos or a video (ideally while unboxing), and I’ll make it right.

🐌 Incorrect shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, I can change the address — just reach out quickly!

If it has already shipped:

  • I can’t reroute it, but if the package is returned to me, I can resend it (you'll need to cover new shipping), or issue a refund minus the shipping fees.

🌍 Lost packages

If your order has tracking and seems lost in transit, I can help you look into it!

Please note:
I’m not responsible for lost packages if:

  • You chose untracked shipping

  • Tracking shows the package was delivered to the address provided

📝 Legal note (EU returns policy)

As an EU-based seller (Germany), I follow the 14-day legal right of return under EU law.
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
