📦 Shipping Policy

🕊️ Processing time
All items are handmade and packed with care. Most of my products are made-to-order, which means I only start crafting your item after you placed your order. So please allow 1-6 weeks of waiting time before your order is shipped.

🚚 Delivery times (estimates)

• Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

• EU: approx. 5–10 business days

• International (safe markets only): Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong — approx. 10–25 business days

(These are estimates. Postal delays, holidays or customs can make delivery longer.)

🔎 Tracked shipping
I offer tracked shipping for all orders. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. 

💸 Customs, duties & import taxes
International customers (outside the EU) are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country. (Except the US - import taxes are included in the shipping price set by me) These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local postal service on delivery. I’m not able to estimate these fees — please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

⚠️ If your parcel is delayed or held in customs
I’m happy to help with information, but I cannot pay customs fees or speed up customs processing. Delays caused by customs are outside my control.

📷 Damaged or lost items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the item and packaging so I can help.
If a tracked parcel shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local post first — then contact me and we’ll investigate together.

↩️ Returns & cancellations
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact me as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. For returns, please see my Refund Policy.
