Love Bug Keychain

"Love Bugs", lovingly named by one of my witty audience members over on instagram, were created by me solely on accident. Okay, maybe not solely- but the love was added that way (the heart, i mean). The heart was initially just a piece of scrap clay meant to hold the sparkly powder. I didn't want to ruin the bug without trying out the color first you see. When I was done, I just randomly put the heart on the bugs back and soon realized that looked amazing.

Long story short, my favourite new little clay piece was born! I absolutely adore them. Literally had a happy dance about these while crafting. Then posted this reel to brag to you how good I am at art.

They're carefully handmade from polymer clay, painted and then sealed with UV resin and assembled into a keychain.

a small note:

This is a made-to-order product, so please allow around 2-4 weeks of waiting time (or longer, depending on the size of your order and general demand) before I ship your order out, so I can craft, bake, paint and glaze your bug. Each critter takes time and intention to sculpt, and no two will ever be quite the same.

Are they sturdy?

Yes—they’re sealed and finished to hold up to regular wear. Still, treat them kindly.

Are they heavy?

Not at all! Polymer clay is very lightweight, surprisingly so.
